A plain-English summary of how Famous Dogg Mods handles your information and the conditions that apply when you use this website.
Privacy
Famous Dogg Studios LLP operates this website. We aim to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use that information to read and respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence and protect the website from misuse. Contact messages are delivered to our private studio inbox and retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet a legal obligation. We do not sell or rent contact information.
If you post in a discussion, your email address is verified and then stored in encrypted form for private moderation, abuse prevention, the handling of genuine legal or rights-related enquiries and discussion reply alerts. It is not displayed publicly or shared for advertising. You can turn discussion reply alerts on or off at any time using the preferences link included in verification and alert emails. The administrator may access your email only through the private moderation dashboard and may retain it for as long as reasonably necessary to protect the community, investigate misuse or comply with law.
If you choose to subscribe to release alerts, we send the email address you provide to our email delivery provider, Resend, so we can send you occasional Famous Dogg release announcements. We do not add discussion participants or contact-form senders to that list. You can unsubscribe from any release-alert email at any time.
The website does not currently provide public user accounts, run behavioural advertising or intentionally use advertising trackers. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information—such as IP address, browser details, request time and security signals—to deliver and protect the site.
Links to services such as YouTube, Instagram, X, PayPal or Ko-fi take you to independent websites. Their own privacy policies and cookies apply once you visit them. If our data practices materially change, we will update this notice.
Website terms
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious material or misuse its content or community features.
Discussion posts must not contain threats, harassment, abusive language, unlawful material or attempts to identify or target other users. We may automatically block common abusive language and may hide, delete or report material, ban an email address, or preserve relevant records where misuse or a legal issue is suspected.
Mods, tools, instructions and other materials are provided for use at your own discretion. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed across every system or game installation. Back up your files before installing anything. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Famous Dogg Studios LLP is not responsible for loss caused by incompatible installations, third-party files or use contrary to supplied instructions. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Rights and non-affiliation
Famous Dogg Mods is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Konami, Electronic Arts or any other game publisher or developer unless expressly stated. Game names, trademarks, copyrighted works and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. References are used only to identify compatibility or discuss the relevant games; no ownership of third-party rights is claimed.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that material they submit or offer through a linked page is their own work or is used with the necessary permission. We may remove or refuse material that appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe or infringing. Rights holders can contact us through the website’s Contact form.
Creators and external payments
Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, Famous Dogg does not process, receive, hold or distribute payments for third-party creators. A link to a creator’s PayPal, Ko-fi or similar page sends you to an independent service, where any transaction is made directly between you and that creator.
The creator is the seller and is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, ownership or licensing of the work, delivery, compatibility, customer support, refunds, disputes and applicable taxes. Payment providers apply their own terms and privacy policies. Famous Dogg may review or curate listings, but a link does not guarantee a creator’s work or make Famous Dogg a party to the transaction.
If Famous Dogg later introduces accounts, on-site checkout or automated purchase access, we will update these terms and provide the additional privacy and payment information before those features are used.
Featured third-party mods
We feature selected work by independent modders and content creators to help the PES 2017 community find compatible, worthwhile additions to the Famous Dogg setup. We provide direct links and credit only; we do not receive a commission, collect payment on a creator’s behalf or act as their agent, reseller or distributor.
Third-party mods remain the responsibility of their respective creators. We do not control their files, payment pages, delivery, updates, support, licensing arrangements or any financial dispute connected with them, and cannot guarantee their availability, safety or compatibility with every game installation. Back up your files and use third-party work at your own discretion.
Famous Dogg is not responsible for losses or damage caused by a third-party mod, transaction or licensing dispute where we are not at fault. Nothing in this notice is intended to remove rights that applicable law gives you.
Superloader licensing
A Superloader license is valid for 365 days from the date it is first activated and is licensed for use on one PC only. It may not be shared, transferred or used to activate Superloader on another computer.
You are responsible for safely storing your license.fdl file. Once issued, license files are not replaced or reissued. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments for issued Superloader licenses are final and we do not provide refunds.
Changes and contact
We may revise this notice as the website develops. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions, privacy requests and rights concerns can be sent through the Contact link in the footer.
